C Type Fin Press Line
Features:
The line is mainly including:de-coiler,aluminum foil protecive net cover, oil tank, high speed and high precision press(high precision fin dies), material pulling device, vacuum sucking and collecting mterial device, collecting device of wasted materials and electric controlling system etc.
This kind of producing lin uses PLC electric controlling system, and equips 2-4pcs 6 stations pre-set counter, and equips 10 groups non- contact proximity switch cam controller, as well as the imported electri- magnetic valve tec, which can satisfy the pre-set counter of cutter (counting holes) and thickness counter of fin during the course of producing the fin.
