For main machine is VSHS series V.R.shear.
Fitted with DAC series special computer of Holland,servo motor and other elements all imported.
Servo control of backguage by computer,transmission by ball roller leading screw with high precision(optional:pneumatic rear material holding device).
Offsetting function and auto checking etc of the digital system ensure the shearing accuracy. Rolling material holding device reduces friction and ensures work pieces do not get scratched.
The shearing machine have adopted extra long material feeding table to enable working on the whole piece and thermal removal of internal stress,strong rigidity and in one piece,ball roller leading screw and rolling guide rails provide reliability and flexibility,and eliminate warpage in lengthy sheets,brush like holder for shearing material on table cuts noise,pneumatic clamps and vertical backing system effect automatic feed in for continuous shearing.
Optional:pneumatic holder,rear table etc.
